PCL sponsors a two year leadership development school referred to as ISOLD; International School of Leadership Development. The school provides leadership training that is both practical and relevant by visiting speakers/teachers as well as DVD teaching by well known International Speakers/Teachers in English and the language of the people – notes are also included in their language. The school is open to people from all nations, religions, sex, and race.
