People for Care and Learning (PCL) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization.
We operate completely on gifts donated by generous people like you.
100% of all gifts are used as designated; nothing is deducted for overhead, operating, or travel expenses. Undesignated gifts are used where needed most.
Contributions may be deducted in accordance with section 170 of the IRS Code.
